The Good Shepherd Prayer

Father keep us free from strife,

 I share with thee your grace and life,

 I am the Good Shepherd

 My promise I keep,

 I’m ready to give my life to my sheep.

 I know my friends and they know me,

 This is the truth which sets them free.

 They share a love,

 Which makes them one,

 With joy they pray

 Thy kingdom come.

Angel of God, My Guardian dear

to whom God's love commits me here.

Ever this day be at my side

to light and guard to rule and guide.
